    Chinese food in the Bay Area usually means the real thing: menus written in Chinese for Chinese-speaking customers. Chinese food in middle America means a standardized menu that has as much relation to Chinese food as a hamburger has to German food.

    The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the decor is the most generic I have ever seen in a Chinese restaurant.
